As a Sr. Web Developer, you will be working on our largest client user-facing sites, mobile applications, social media applications and third-party platforms. The pace is fast and demanding, but you will be involved with technology solutions that are new and engaging. As the team lead, you will lead development, code, and handle management responsibilities with direct reports. You will be expected to establish and maintain processes, coding standards and reuse. Handle interdepartmental communications, manage production Azure environment, interface directly with clients, and deliver enterprise solution documentation.

Requirements

4-5 years of relevant work experience

Prior management or team lead role

Extensive experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MVC, C#

Programming experience building CMS driven websites

Server-side programming experience using advanced object-oriented design practices

Understanding of how elements in the DOM interact with each other

Knowledge of Bootstrap CSS framework and jQuery JS framework

Attention to detail in website development

Imaginative and articulate with excellent written communication skills

Creativity when solving problems and using new technologies to resolve them

HTML5 usage in modern browsers, CSS3 Animations, structure and parent to child inheritance

.LESS architecture and dynamic CSS

Participate is Agile development using SCRUM and KANBAN

jQuery, JavaScript, and other client scripting packages

Front-end development using AJAX design patterns and interactions with server APIs

GIT code repository management

Creating robust high-volume production applications

Working closely with other developers to design appropriate architectures and user interfaces

Management of formal reviews of your own and other developer’s code

Working closely with account executives to define requirements and create solution documents

Finding ways to solve difficult problems using initiative

Identifying ways to continually improve and refine processes

Contributing wherever necessary to help the team reach its goals
